The attorneys claim Gretchen's new song Work Hard, Play Harder is a rip off of the Black Crowes' 1991 song "Jealous Again." Hers is better anyhow. They should shut up and go write something that people will hear.
If she hadn't recorded her tune for "Saving Grace" I wouldn't even know this was out there.
